Total RNA sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from sepsis patients before and after intensive care

We performed total RNA sequencing of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from critically ill patients with sepsis before and after intensive care, and sought to characterize the circular RNA transcription and identify differentially expressed circular RNAs between the time points.
