EbolaVCR: A web-based resource for designing therapeutics against Ebola Virus
收藏资源简介:
EbolaVCR is a specialized, manually curated database designed to provide a comprehensive resource on the Ebola virus (EBOV). It integrates detailed information regarding viral components, experimental drugs, and genomic variations to support the global research community in developing effective therapeutics and vaccines. Web Server: https://webs.iiitd.edu.in/oscadd/ebola/ About the Database The Ebola virus causes a severe and often fatal hemorrhagic fever in humans and non-human primates. To assist researchers in managing the vast and scattered data related to EBOV, EbolaVCR serves as a centralized platform that catalogs viral proteins, potential inhibitors, and the impact of mutations on drug efficacy. The database integrates data from several high-quality resources: Genomic Information: Sourced from NCBI, UniProt, and PDB. Experimental Drugs: Compiled from published literature and clinical trial reports. Mutational Data: Extracted from various outbreaks and experimental studies. Citation S. K. Dhanda, K. Chaudhary, S.
