资源简介:
In this study, we systematically explored the physiological and molecular mechanisms of the response to waterlogging stress in seedlings of Trollius chinensis from the perspectives of leaf photosynthesis, osmotic regulators, and oxidative stress using T. chinensis seedlings as a material. The results showed that there were significant changes in lipid peroxidation, antioxidant system, osmoregulatory substances, and photosynthetic system under waterlogging stress.Based on analyzing physiological indicators, the leaves of control (CK) and flooding treatment (WF) after 10 days were selected for transcriptome sequencing, and the results after transcriptome sequencing were subjected to gene annotation, differential expression screening, and enrichment pathway analysis, the results showed that compared with the control, 1182 differentially expressed genes were obtained (307 up-regulated, 875 down-regulated). This study helps us to understand the physiological and molecular mechanisms of the response of T. chinensis to waterlogging stress and provides a theoretical basis for the study of the adaptation of T. chinensis to waterlogging stress and the cultivation of waterlogging-resistant varieties.
