JMJD3 is a demethylase for histone H3K27. To analyze the role of JMJD3 in hematopoiesis and leukemogenesis, we generated conditional knockout mice for JMJD3. Jmjd3 deficient LSK cells showed an impaired self-renewal activity in BMT assay.
