资源简介:

This dataset contains quantitative results derived from microhardness measurements, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), grain size distribution analysis, and Hall–Petch relationship plots for nanostructured copper with different impurity levels (ETP and DHP). The materials were processed by high-pressure torsion (HPT) and subsequently annealed at 0.4 Tm under atmospheric conditions or hydrostatic pressures of 2 and 6 GPa. The dataset enables comparative evaluation of microstructural evolution, stored energy release, grain refinement, and structure–property relationships as a function of impurity content and annealing pressure.

The experiments were performed using a modified WAK-02 HPT device (Walter Klement GmbH, Austria) with an induction heating unit (iew-tth8, iew Induktive Erwärmungsanlagen GmbH, Austria) at the Faculty of Physics, University of Vienna. Microhardness was measured with a DuraScan G5 (Emco-Test, Austria), DSC analyses were carried out using Netzsch DSC204 (Germany) and Perkin Elmer PE8500 (USA), X-ray line profile analysis was conducted on a Rigaku MM9 rotating anode system with an INEL CPS590 detector, and microstructural observations were performed using SEM SU8000 (Hitachi, Japan) and TEM JEOL JEM 1200 EX (Japan).
