Transgenic tomato plants were developed with Bt-toxins Cry1Ab and cry1Ac. Both the genes are resistant to insect pest Helicoverpa armigera and Spodoptera litura. In our study transcriptomic analysis was performed with transgenic plants developed with both the gene and analyses the expression of different developmental and hormonal pathway related genes.
