老年人日常生活活动能力分析数据

通过每日采集养老院内老年人日常生活活动能力情况，分析评估每位老年人日常生活活动能力得分，根据得分情况对不同老年人实施分级分类管理，调整护工团队结构及培养方向。该数据广泛运用于养老产业，对老年人进行针对性的健康管理以及提高老年人的健康水平和生活质量具有重大意义。通过对养老院内老年人日常生活活动能力进行评分，共计10类指标（包含进食、穿衣、面部与口腔清洁、大便控制、小便控制、用厕、平地走路、床椅转移、上下楼、洗澡），评分值依次为A1、A2、A3....A10。将各项子项评分结果进行相加求总，得出该老年人日常生活能力分数活动能力总分T=（A1+A2+A3+......A10）。根据总分T值对老年人进行分级，1.能力完好：95分<T≤100分,护理等级一级；2. 轻度受损：60分<T≤95分，护理等级二级；3.中度受损：总分40分<T≤60分，护理等级三级；4.重度受损：总分0<T≤40分，护理等级四级。

By daily collecting data on the activities of daily living (ADL) of elderly residents in nursing homes, this dataset analyzes and evaluates the ADL scores of each elderly individual, implements hierarchical and categorized management for different elderly groups based on their scores, and adjusts the structure and training direction of the nursing staff team.
This dataset is widely applied in the elderly care industry, and is of great significance for implementing targeted health management for the elderly and improving their health status and quality of life.
The ADL of elderly residents in nursing homes is scored using 10 categories of indicators, including eating, dressing, facial and oral care, bowel control, urinary control, toileting, flat walking, bed-chair transfer, stair climbing, and bathing, with the scores for each sub-item denoted as A1, A2, A3, ..., A10 in sequence.
The total daily living ability score T of the elderly individual is calculated by summing up all the sub-item scores, i.e., T = (A1 + A2 + A3 + ... + A10).
Elderly individuals are categorized into four levels based on their total score T: 1. Intact ability: 95 < T ≤ 100, First-level nursing care; 2. Mild impairment: 60 < T ≤ 95, Second-level nursing care; 3. Moderate impairment: 40 < T ≤ 60, Third-level nursing care; 4. Severe impairment: 0 < T ≤ 40, Fourth-level nursing care.
