MEMENTO aims to identify regions of the world ocean that should be targeted in future work to improve the quality of air-sea flux estimates. MEMENTO is a joint initiative between SOLAS (Surface Ocean Lower Atmosphere Study) and COST Action 735 (European CoOperation in the Field of Scientific and Technical Research).
