Source data and codes for "Rearing mice at 22°C programs increased capacity to respond to chronic exposure to cold but not high fat diet".
Files are split between two main folder, based on the two different experiments performed and as described in the paper.
There are three subfolders within each folder:
"Original files": this folder contains all the raw data collected during the experiments, either from the calorimeter and/or through other procedures as described in the paper.
"Scripts to generate items for analysis": these are R scripts to pre-process and organize the raw data to allow for smooth downstream analysis.
"Stats": these are R scripts to generate the results reported on the paper.
