16S rRNA gene sequences of bacterial community in lake water chemostat. Treatments consist of three different waters: Lake Varese (eutrophic), Lake Orta (oligotrophic) and a WWTP effluent. A cocktail of antibiotics was added after 11 days and the then antibiotic addition was stopped after 24 days and the chemostat run fro another 6 days.
