Survey on International Student Mobility, 2013

This dataset is gathered from a Survey on International Student Mobility in Finland, Norway and Sweden, that CIMO, SIU and UHR adressed during the spring 2012. The project aims to increase understanding of the driving forces of student mobility, regarding international student mobility as a political priority. The cooperation project addresses questions concerning background factors, ambitions and study orientation that characterises mobile and less mobile students, factors that affect motivation and barriers for mobility, in addition to experiences from the exchange period. CIMO, SIU and UHR are all national agencies for the Lifelong Learning Program, with a common task of promoting internationalisaton in education. The target group was identified as students enrolled in the final year of the bachelor- or masterdegree programme at higher education institutions in Finland, Norway and Sweden. Data is freely available for download.
