Hypoxia in force-fed ducks

The table provides raw data issued from a trial based on the comparison of air renewing systems during the force feeding period of ducks. Reported values were determined in the liver of ducks. Groups are the main identifier of sthe amples : M: lean or no force-feeding, HC and HA: half force-feeding period in conditions C and A respectively. C and A : end of the force-feeding period in poor (C) or good (A) air renewing conditions.
