B6.Plbd1(tm)-GC/ILAS小鼠

通过QPCR我们发现该基因在造血干细胞中表达量较高，并主要在造血相关器官中表达，如外周血、脾脏、胸腺等器官，随后我们利用CRISPR/Cas9建立了条件敲除小鼠，该基因敲除后是否会造成造血功能异常，以及其它表型数据仍需进一步实验验证。Using QPCR, we found that this gene exhibits relatively high expression levels in hematopoietic stem cells, and is predominantly expressed in hematopoietic-related organs such as peripheral blood, spleen, thymus and other analogous tissues. Subsequently, we generated conditional knockout mice using the CRISPR/Cas9 system. Whether knockout of this gene causes hematopoietic dysfunction and other phenotypic data still require further experimental validation.
