Ellipsoid Factor Test Images

These are the three test images used to develop the prototype ellipsoid factor implementation, which was released in BoneJ 1.4.0 (doi:10.5281/zenodo.154386). They are binary tiff stacks that will open readily in ImageJ. There are two image stacks of bone, one from a large bird (emu.tif) and one from a small mammal (shrew.tif), and a synthetic image containing 3 rods and 4 orthogonal plates.
