<b>Anthropogenic forest edges exacerbate the loss of resilience in China</b>

We quantified natural and anthropogenic forest edge density and forest resilience across China based on satellite-derived data. We investigated how different edge types influence forest resilience and the associated microclimate-mediated mechanisms under varying environmental conditions.
