Reference is made in the Council Minutes to the Engineer's report. This series is the only source in which the report can be found in full. Many Council decisions were based on recommendations in the Engineer's reports to Council. The Shire Engineer reported monthly.Volumes 2 and 3 include dairy inspector's reports and thistle inspector's reports.
