The Source column indicates the origin of each HMM (PFAM database; TXSSscan framework; or in-house profiles). The Model column specifies the profile name, the Replace column indicates the updated profile name, and the Marker column denotes whether the model was used as a T6SS marker (1 = yes; 0 = no).
