‘n’ represents number of Patients/ Controls, HWE refers to Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium, (P) refers to vitiligo patients, (C) refers to healthy control individuals and CI represents Confidence Interval. aVitiligo patients vs. Controls using the chi-squared test with 3×2 contingency table, bVitiligo patients vs. Controls using the chi-squared test with 2×2 contingency table. Odds ratio is based on allele frequency distribution. Statistical significance was considered at p value ≤0.017 due to Bonferroni's correction for multiple testing.
