DescriptionThis dataset contains phosphopeptide-level differential abundance results from quantitative mass spectrometry–based phosphoproteomics of embryonic mouse hearts comparing PKN2 cardiomyocyte-specific knockout (cKO) and control embryos.Phosphorylated peptides were identified and quantified by TMT-based LC–MS/MS. Differential abundance between genotypes was calculated using statistical modeling of normalized reporter ion intensities.
