资源简介：
miRNASNP aims to provide a resource of the miRNA-related SNPs, which includes SNPs in pre-miRNAs of human and other species, and target gain and loss by SNPs in miRNA seed regions or 3'UTR of target mRNAs.miRNASNP-v4 is an updated database cataloging 82,580 SNPs within miRNAs and 24.8 million SNPs within 3'UTRs (miRNA target sites) across 17 species. It characterizes their potential effects on miRNA structure and target binding, and introduces new features including gene enrichment analysis for altered miRNA targets, identification of miRNA-SNPs linked to cancer drug response/immune infiltration, curated immune-related miRNAs, and online prediction tools.
