H3K27ac HiChIP analysis was performed in an adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma cell line (TL-Om1) to analyze active chromatin-chromatin interactions in TL-Om1 cells. Overall design: TL-Om1 cells were crosslinked with formaldehyde for 10 min. DNA was enriched by chromatin-immunoprecipitation (ChIP), tagmented with Tn5 and analyzed by DNBseq. HiChIP was performed using an antibody against H3K27ac Antibody (ab4729).
