Listed by column are p-values for population bottleneck tests (Wilcoxon sign-rank test; BOTTLENECK) assuming the two-phase (TPM) model of microsatellite evolution. Effective size (Ne) estimations (95% CI) based on data from 42 microsatellite loci. The Santa Ana Mountains population exhibited clear evidence of a population bottleneck.
