We analysed the immune profile of individuals with MI, VM, and MD using scRNAseq and scATACseq in PBMCs and to determine active biochemical pathways to identify new potential druggable molecular targets Blood samples were obtained from 24 Spanish participants with no diagnosed allergies or autoimmune diseases (eight patients with Meniere's Disease(MD), five with Vestibular Migraine (VM), five with Migraine (MI), and six healthy controls (HC)).
