Whole genome analysis of Chromobacterium haemolyticum isolated from pneumonia patient and river water.. Chromobacterium haemolyticum

The purpose of this project is related to genomic epidemiology and comparative genomics for Chromobacterium haemolyticum strains isolated in Japan. Five strains of C. haemolyticum were isolated from a pneumonia patient, who was associated with near-drowning, and river, where the patient was drowned.
