Metabolomics data from faecal samples of DMTB, TB, DM, and healthy mice.

This study utilized faecal samples from mice in DMTB, TB, DM, and healthy control groups to profile gut microbiota-associated metabolites using GC-MS. The analysis focused on identifying metabolic differences in different groups across different time points. The dataset contains a processed list of metabolites generated after data processing, including removal of duplicate entries and exclusion of unwanted or low-confidence hits.
