资源简介:
Population transciptomic data for 10 primate species used in Brevet and Lartillot, 2021 to get estimates of synonymous and non-synonymous diversity. The data are originally from Perry et al (2012), such as re-formatted, re-analysed by Romiguier et al (2014) and Figuet et al (2016). See README.txt for more information about how to run the scripts on these data.Brevet M and Lartillot N 2021.
