We diversified Affibody DNA sequence to generate a ribosome-displayed protein library. Then, Affibodies binding to the photoproduct of Bacteria phytochrome (BphP) was selected. After 6 rounds of selection, the enriched DNA library was sequenced on an Illumina MiSeq machine.
