MultiChartQA is an extensive and challenging question answering benchmark featuring real-world charts. It consists of charts from various sources to ensure diversity and completeness. Each chart group includes 2 or 3 charts, accompanied by 4 questions spanning four main categories. The current expanded version contains 500 sets of chart samples, totaling 1370 charts and 2000 questions.
