Expression profiles and interaction of microRNA and transcripts in response to bovine leukemia virus exposure

This study sequences mRNA in the serum of seven Bovine leukemia virus (BLV) seropositive and seven seronegative cows to analyze differing antibody responses to BLV to determine if any transcripts correlate with the antibody response and the interactions between the expressed genes and previously published miRNAs (PRJNA378560).
