Condition coding of within-document enabler–barrier instances in the institutional grey literature on Digital Product Passport adoption
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains the condition coding of the 152 within-document instances in which a source frames the same Digital Product Passport (DPP) adoption factor both as an enabler and as a barrier. An instance is a topic with at least one enabler and one barrier claim in the same document, under the same primary TOE context and first-listed DOI attribute. For each instance, the file lists the IDs of the claims involved and the relation between the two framings. It also gives the dimensions of the conditions (fit, governance rules, intermediaries, actor position, scale, timing), the enabling and constraining conditions, and, for Compatibility-led instances, what the fit is with. Ten instances were excluded on reading because one side did not concern the same factor, leaving 142.
