Resources for BMF CP 73: Policy Analysis in School Meals Program: Impacts on In-school Food Fortification

This study aimed at analysing how types of national policy, i.e., school feeding policy, nutrition policy, health policy, food safety policy, agriculture policy, and private sector policy, affect the implementation of in-school food fortification. The mindsponge theory [Vuong, 2023] was used in study conceptualization, and Bayesian Mindsponge Framework (BMF) analytics [Nguyen et al., 2022] was employed in statistical analysis on a dataset of 126 Ministry officers who managed large-scale school meals program in 126 countries. This dataset was originated from 2021 Global Surveys which can be accessed publicly at the GCNF Global Survey of School Meal Programs © database [GCNF, 2022]. The bayesvl package, aided by the Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) algorithm, was employed in statistical analysis [Vuong & La, 2019].
