Transcriptome sequencing of lung neutrophils in mice after respiratory tract infection

This project contains transcriptome sequencing data from neutrophils isolated from the lungs of mice after respiratory tract infection. The aim of this study is to characterize gene expression changes in pulmonary neutrophils in response to infection and to provide a resource for investigating the immune response in the mouse lung.
