Hartwig Medical Foundation Benchmark Set

Hartwig Medical Foundation was founded in 2015 to enable systematic DNA analysis and to link genetic patient and treatment data on a national basis. This resulted in the first national database with genetic and clinical data of patients suffering from metastatic cancer. Our mission is to advance the progress of cancer research and its treatment, with a view to improve the care of future cancer patients.Hartwig Medical Foundation has its roots in the Center for Personalized Cancer Treatment (CPCT). This is a partnership of 44 Dutch hospitals to advance the research into personalized cancer treatment.It is the mission of Hartwig Medical Foundation to advance the research into and treatment of cancer, with a view to improve the care of future cancer patients. The objective of Hartwig Medical Foundation is to realize that every cancer patient receives suitable (and the most effective) treatment, including the right type of drug, in the right dosage, during the right period, at the right time.The data in the Hartwig Medical Foundation national database is generated using an in-house developed pipeline (https://github.com/hartwigmedical/pipeline). Benchmarking in done on a regular basis using a standardised benchmarking set, provided in this submission.
