A dataset for tracking the activity, abundance, and wingbeat frequency of Bogong moths near Cabramurra, NSW in November 2019

This dataset contains images captured using wildlife cameras in a boulder field near Cabramurra, NSW in November 2019. The images contain motion blurs from insects (predominantly Bogong moths Agrotis infusa) flying past the cameras, allowing for the measurement of Bogong moth wingbeat frequency, activity, and abundance using the Camfi software (https://github.com/J-Wall/camfi). Flying insect motion blurs manual annotations are provided in the annotations json file. This can be opened using VGG Image annotator, and manipulated using Camfi.
