the transcriptomic and epigenetic map of ADRN and MES types of neuroblastomas using murine models treated with indisulam, a selective RBM39 degrade. The TH-MYCN/ALKF1178L mice were treated with vehicle or 25mg/kg of indisulam for 3 weeks in our study. The tumor samples were harvested and processed through 10X Single Cell MultiOME ATAC+Gene expression kit.
