Sequencing of more Magnaporthe oryzae isolates to carry out a population genetics study.

These isolates were selected according to their varying virulence on a panel of rice monogenic lines carrying different know resistant genes. The genomes will be used to carry out a population genetics then followed by a comparative genomics work to identify genes that encode lineage specific secreted proteins.
