road_mortality_overpass.npy

"Speed_lanes_rast" and "road_mortality" are both 3D arrays containing many stacked 13x13 rasters. Each 13x13 raster is centered on one of the cells indicated in "roadstarts_rast." During simulations, the model evaluates whether animals are within 30km of a road (i.e., if their coordinates are contained in "roadstarts_rast"), and if they are, retrieves the corresponding 13x13 rasters from "speed_lanes_rast" and "road_mortality." These are then used to modify selection probabilities and mortality probability, respectively. The "overpass" versions have sections of roads removed, simulating wildlife overpasses.
