enrGies Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Tiled KML Aerial Imagery Data. Version 1.0

This data set contains tiled KML aerial imagery from along the damage path of the EF-2 tornado that occurred on 31 March 2016 in Morgan County, Alabama during IOP3 of the VORTEX-SE 2016 field campaign. These imagery were collected and processed by enrGies, a commercial engineering and operations-based company in Huntsville, AL in collaboration with the NOAA UAS Program Office, the University of Alabama-Huntsville, the Morgan County AL Emergency Management Agency, and the NWS Huntsville, AL office. Imagery are included from flights on 8 and 13 April. The 8 April flight was from early in the track near Hartselle, AL and the 13 April flight is from later in the track near Priceville, AL. The data should be ordered by flight date.
