High-Resolution Wind Speed and Direction Data collected on Marion Island

This dataset includes wind speed and direction measurements taken at two heights above ground—0.5 m and 1 m—across 17 locations on Marion Island, South Africa. Gill WindSonic anemometers were used to collect the data, which were logged using a Campbell Scientific CR300 logger, powered by 20W solar panels. Three CSV files are provided, containing 10-minute, hourly, and daily averages.
