To identify differentially expressed genes and key biological pathways that define toxicity following nanomaterial exposure, we performed microarray analyses on NR8383 macrophages: here is the control for submerged condition. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement N°. 686098 Overall design: Changes in gene expression in NR8383 cells incubated in submerged condition, for 4 h were measured. For each condition, four biological replicates were performed.
