Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) acquired during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9511 (1995)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter, Varian Inc. V75 Magnetometer, and Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9511 conducted in 1995 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Paul Mann). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Magnetic Field, Singlebeam Bathymetry, and Gravity Field data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): U.S.-Japan Marine Geophysical Study of the Solomon Island Arc-Ontong Java Plateau Convergent Zone, Southwest Pacific Ocean, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE93-01608.
