Code to analyse immunohistochemistry data

These codes analyse and display capillary characteristics (such as diameters, thickness) from 2D immunohistochemistry images.<br>The fig1.m,fig2.m,fig3.m,fig4.m create images which we are planning to submit for publication in the PNAS journal in an article titled 'Quantitative histomorphometry of capillary microstructure in deep white matter'.<br>There are 3 different fitting methods in these codes which which model the capillaries in the immunohistochemically-labeled histology images with an increasing level of detail, regarding inclination and boundary shape.
