This systematic review was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 guidelines to ensure a comprehensive, transparent, and methodologically rigorous reporting process. All phases of the review, including the formulation of the research question, search strategy, eligibility screening, data extraction, and synthesis, were aligned with the PRISMA framework and checklist.The primary objective of this review was to identify, evaluate, and synthesize current evidence on hematologic toxicity associated with platinum-based chemoradiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer, with a particular focus on dosimetric and clinical predictors. Both clinical outcomes and radiotherapy planning parameters (e.g., bone marrow dose-volume metrics) were considered in relation to the incidence and severity of hematological adverse events.This review included both retrospective and prospective observational studies, randomized controlled trials, and comparative studies that reported on hematologic toxicity outcomes following chemoradiotherapy using cisplatin, carboplatin, or other platinum-based regimens in cervical cancer. Studies were evaluated for methodological quality using appropriate risk-of-bias tools tailored to each study design.
