Relative synteny for a list of 4,666 orthogroups mostly single-copy across the 1,239 genome assemblies (<i>i.e.,</i> in >80% of the species).

Synteny ratios were computed by dividing the number of species with the orthogroup in range of the focal orthogroup by the total number of species carrying the focal orthogroup. The synteny of each of the 4,666 orthogroups was summarized by the mean synteny of all the orthogroups found in the 10 upstream + 10 downstream neighboring gene range. (XLSX)
