We investigated the role of CMTR1 in T cells using a Cmtr1 conditional knockout mouse model. We demonstrate that CMTR1 has gene-specific impacts in T cells. Overall design: Nanopore sequencing of oligo-dT selected mRNA from 20 hour activated CD4 T cells from Cmtr1 fl/fl CD4cre (Cmtr1 cKO) and Cmtr1 fl/fl (control) mice.
