The dataset consists of different sections of medical reports, such as original report, structured report, findings section, impression section, history section, technique section, comparison section, and exam type section. Each report also includes image paths and a unique identifier. The dataset is split into training set, validation set, test set, and reviewed test set, with the training set containing 181,874 examples, the validation set containing 976 examples, the test set containing 1,459 examples, and the reviewed test set containing 233 examples.
