ALE: Competency questions and SPARQL queries for the ALE ontology (D8)

Catalogue of 24 competency questions for the ALE ontology (Advisory Learning Ecosystem) of the ALE intelligent environment for agricultural advisory services, 18 of them formalised as SPARQL 1.1 queries, with synthetic test data, expected answers and the results of experiment E2 (reference OWL 2 RL closure + SPARQL and Semantic MediaWiki; functional completeness M0 = 0.667, M1 = 0.889, M1+R = 1.0). The queries, test data and E2 results come from the experiment package 10.5281/zenodo.23448604; all ALE terms in the queries were checked against the ontology 1.0.0 (10.5281/zenodo.23643625). Questions are linked to the requirements of the ALE requirements catalogue. Terminology: ALE stands for Advisory Learning Ecosystem (the ontology); the software system is called the ALE intelligent environment.
