Two contrasting peanut genotypes have great difference in root metabolism and effect of their root exudates on the growth of Ralstonia solanacearum and Fusarium moniliforme

To reveal the mechanism of Arachis correntina ( A. C) resistance to continuous cropping obstacle, we adopted transcriptomics and metabolomics approaches to analyze differentially expressed genes (DGEs) and differentially expressed metabolites (DEMs) between A. C and peanut cultivar Guihua85 (GH85) under hydroponic conditions.
