RNA was extracted from the whole-slide tumor regions of 100 pancreatic adenocarcinomas, consecutively resected at the Beaujon hospital (Clichy, FRANCE). Tumors were sequenced in two batches, using 3' RNA-sequencing for FFPE compatibility.
