Pregnancy and post thromboembolic problems are associated with acute respiratory disorders. We examined the hemostasis system's condition in 50 pregnant women from the control group and 105 pregnant women with ARD. INR, D-dimer, APTT, platelet count and aggregation function, and fibrinogen were the parameters that were measured. The severity of the patient's condition determined how frequently tests were performed. Key words: acute respiratory diseases, hemostasis, aggregation, fibrinogen
